These terms apply when you use the NuzzHaven website, run by [YOUR BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using our services you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that misuse the site, for example by posting false reviews or abusive messages.

Adoption

  • Sending an application doesn't guarantee an adoption. We may ask for more information, a meeting or a home visit, and we may decline an application.

Pet care services

  • Prices are shown before you book. A booking is confirmed once it's paid, or straight away if it's free. Bank transfers are confirmed when the money reaches us.
  • Cancellations: you can cancel a booking from your account. Paid bookings can be cancelled up to the cut-off time shown on the booking, and we'll arrange your refund. After the cut-off, please contact us. [ADD ANY FEES OR EXCEPTIONS]
  • NuzzHaven doesn't provide emergency vet care. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest emergency vet.

Shop orders

  • Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and paid using one of the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and bank transfers are confirmed when the money reaches us. You can cancel an unpaid order from its order page.
