Our vision
One place for everything a pet needs
NuzzHaven helps pets find the right home, then supports the families who love them. Customers can adopt, book grooming, walking, sitting and vet care, and shop for food and supplies, all from one account.
We'd like to bring that experience to more families and more animals, and to put animal welfare at the center of the business as it grows.

- Pet services: bookable grooming, walking, sitting and veterinary appointments.
- Pet shop: online ordering with checkout and order tracking.
- Animal welfare: support for dogs that need extra care, through our Special Dogs program.
The problem
Pet families juggle too many places
Adopting a pet, booking a groomer or a walker, and buying food and supplies usually mean different websites, different accounts and no shared picture of the pet's care.
Shelters and small pet businesses face the opposite problem: reaching the families who need them costs time and money they would rather spend on animals.
- For families: one account for adoption, care bookings, shopping, pet records and reminders.
- For shelters: verified listings, online applications and adoption agreements.
- For sellers and care providers: a storefront or bookable services, with payouts recorded on our ledger.

Built, and preparing to launch
The platform is built and tested. Before it opens, payments, emails and hosting still need to be connected, and our legal documents finalized.
- Adoption: verified shelters, applications, agreements and follow-ups.
- Pet services: bookable times with NuzzHaven care providers.
- Shop: independent sellers, checkout, order tracking, returns and disputes.
- Accounts: pet profiles, health records, reminders, in English, Spanish and French.
- Payments: built with card providers, switched off until launch.
